What happened to my account, and other questions?
For a long time, I had what was probably the original version of this app. It was quite intuitive, and worked really well. My Favorites list numbered in the hundreds, if not the thousands. Then, a few months ago, the app underwent a total re-design. On opening the app after that happened, I found that all of my favorites had disappeared, and so had any account info I may have entered. I also discovered that the Favorites list—once I began re-creating it—was not VoiceOver accessible, unless I went into Edit mode. I re-created my account, as that is what it asked me to do, and reconstructed my favorites (again in the hundreds). Just this evening, I returned to the app, was _again asked to create an account—and received the alert “You have no favorites yet.” It’s a good thing I hadn’t purchased Premium. If I had, I would have lost a bundle of money by now, as no one seems to be keeping up with accounts. If you haven’t installed the app yet, just know that your account information will probably be lost, and so will your favorites! And, by the way, if you click on Technical Support for this app in App Store, you receive the message “Page not found”. If you enjoy having to re-create an account—and reconstruct your Favorites list—every time the app receives a minor update, go ahead and install. Otherwise, don’t bother. This looks like it would still be a terrific app otherwise. What a shame.
