The app's UI/UX is actually quite pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate. But giving a harsh 1* rating due to the app making it mandatory to turn on app notifications. 

You are barred from making a booking until you turn this on - apparently so you may "never miss an appointment." 

And once turned on, the app spams you with "notifications" which are basically ads to use their "lifestyle quiz", etc.

Terrible, predatory and spammy practice with no regard for their users' preferences. Shame, otherwise this would have easily been a 5* rating for me.

Been using it since 2022 and noticed so much has changed. Telecon has become better with more slots available earlier - it feels like the on-on-demand queue of other apps but with the flexibility of making an appointment at a more convenient time later. The app keeps all my medical records, including past appointments or health screenings with RMG, which makes it easy for me to remember my medical history. This is an app that felt wonky at the start but has been getting better continuously!
