The introduction of hero classes has completely sidelined classic jobs in both PvP and PvE. In PvE, hero classes easily dominate weekly instances, while most classic jobs contribute little to nothing to the party—except for priests, whose utility remains indispensable. In PvP, the disparity is even more glaring: hero classes vastly outperform classic jobs in both damage output and survivability, leaving traditional roles feeling obsolete.

Developers need to address this imbalance by either nerfing all hero classes or completely overhauling the classic jobs to restore their relevance. Without such changes, the game’s class system risks alienating players who have invested time and effort into mastering classic jobs.

I played this game since 2018 there are ups and down as I have to balance my work, life and virtual life w/ virtual friends (ROM), I spend money more often to make sure my characters make it up on instances though I have schedule issues for weeklies and dailies. But I am so disappointed with the recent anniversary event on ROM, as they want us to do it on discord instead of enjoying it in-game, Developers are giving us a hard time specially to those who hardly log in to this app. (Discord) These people (devs) can do better than that if the game is ragnarok then let everything be on the game. This will probably my last anniversary as I will delete the game soon. Not to mention the issues on cheating recently I’m so disappointed.
