I am a loyal not first time buyer, but this particular order was never delivered to my house. I wrote customer service on this matter. They said that because I did not purchase package protection that their was nothing they could do. I was not aware that they offered package protection so my bad on that but these are too expensive to not offer the package protection on every order and then to be told there was nothing they could do was a huge turn off from buying from them again. It glitches, restock notifications are inaccurate or don’t work, and items aren’t always loaded to the app as quick as they are loaded to the website (making it impossible to score what you want on drop days).
