## Rail Guide Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Great but…"
Wonderful app that will continue to be made better and better overtime. I am sure. Would really like to have a paid option to get rid of the ads, however.
-- 9845, 2026-09-05

### *---- "Parents beware - porn ads"
This looked like such a great app, and I’m so disappointed to see trashy ads at the top of the map. Maybe the developer isn’t aware? The ads I’m seeing are pornographic and link out to scandalous products on Temu. As the parent of a young railfan, I’d rather have the option to pay a flat fee for an ad-free version. Please consider removing the sketchy advertising!
-- Railfan Mom, 2026-08-25

### ***** "Few shortfalls"
As some said, passing sidings, crossings and old tower locations would be great, but that is a huge undertaking. Overall, an outstanding app. I hope the dev keeps it up. Maybe they can make an open source editing page and people can add an share their map overlays with the above mentioned locations? Keep up the good work anyway, whether modified or not. Kudos for taking the time that was way overdue and it works excellently for the 1st go around and 1st app of its kind for US railroads…Thank You!

### ***** "Great app but…"
Why does the map default to Chicago Illinois instead of current location
-- WAKE UP WBT, 2026-05-24

### ***** "Amazing Gold App"
This is a excellent good Rail Guide map. Please keep this a long time. Thanks. One thing we need to add in there is passing siding and crossings
-- Nick Colorado Joint-Line!, 2026-04-21

### ***** "Must have as a Railfan"
Great Map and info source for rail locations and historical purpose!
