Super easy to use and convenient for busy schedules. Never had an issue with orders

The lower part of the UI is getting cut off and you kind of have to guess where to tap. It still works, but could use a bug clean up.

Railtown is our new work neighborhood and we LUCKED OUT to have such an incredible lunch spot so nearby!! Food is consistently delicious. And the app makes it so easy to pre-order. I’ve already gifted two employees with Railtown cafe gift cards. Love this place ❤️

No reason to have to download an app to order a sandwich. Soooooo annoying. The sandwiches here are fire though so I’ll do anything but this should really be switched out.

The was very easy, coming From a 66 year old man, that speaks volume on the development team

Love that you can add extra toppings (x1, x2, x3) on the app but can’t do that through door dash which is disappointing.

Twice now it’s charged my credit card 4 times and the orders didn’t even go through. Never using this app again.

Why is it necessary to have an additional app on my phone to use to occasionally order food. Why not make it web based? Why not use one of the dozen other services to do an online order. Don’t try and reinvent the wheel, just use it.

Probably my fault for actually going on time, but the suggested time to show up is typically 15-20min before it’s ready. I should just budget for that rather than falling for it every time. You should really fix the timing metrics. It’s horrendous.

I click buttons and they do nothing. I click them again. I click back. I click next. I get back to the same unresponsive button and it works. Took me an hour to get my email validation to actually go through. Then took about 10 minutes to place my order simply because the app was not working correctly.
