Every time I type in the batch code it’s failed. “Invalid batch code”. Double checked the batch code on the injection pen and on the box, no dice. Very annoying since it means you can access any of the support the app will supposedly provide, it’s stupid because the support should be accessible with or without the batch code tbh. Why would you deny support for patients by default? If you’ve got nothing to hide about the support you feel is necessary to put into this app then you shouldn’t hide it from users when your own system isn’t functioning properly and won’t allow patient access. Sort it out because you clearly think that patients prescribed this medication need a dedicated app to help them through the treatment plan, yet it fails at the first hurdle. -- DoYouKnowWhyWeStoppedTheCar, 2024-02-18 ### ****- "Bit fiddly" RFD is a wonderful app and I am finding it really useful, keeping track of my migraines is helping me a lot. My only little concern is that logging your injections is difficult, I accidentally highlighted the stomach instead of the thigh and it wouldn’t remove it when I touched it again. It also has my injection date wrong (should be 2nd of each month) and finally I can have two or more separate migraines a day but can figure out if it will let me log more than one without deleting the previous entry. -- NoThankYouMuchly, 2024-01-01 ### *---- "Does not recognise batch nymber" Poor instructions, app does not recognise my batch number so did not work at all! It cuts off at least a quarter of the page making it very difficult to get to the calendar and then almost impossible to use the calendar. Also, unlike other apps it does not share data across devices. So I cannot alternate between mobile and tablet, it creates separate accounts. Not very helpful when you’re tired after constant migraines and just want to record it on the nearest device to hand. Also it would be much better if you could add your own symptoms as chronic migraines can have a wide variety of types of headaches and aura. It also seems to always expect you to take a painkiller as it comes up with exclamation marks if you do not select one. -- CPW1, 2021-01-31 ### *---- "Very misleading" I input the data the following day (since until the end of the day you don’t know the outcome) so add a ‘previous headache’. However when you go back into the calendar it has ‘!’ many times for the same day which suggests something is missing. It alters the severity or looks nothing like what I’ve input. I delete the ‘!’ exclamation marks but then not sure if it retains the original data. Ultimately I have no confidence this is accurately reporting for me. If 4-12 hours is selected it records as less than 4hrs, messing up all my reporting Last update hasn’t fixed this. I added some migraines today and all still added as under 4 hours when I added as 4-12. Please sort!
