Don’t waste your time. New user. Downloaded app. Set up account. Linked bank account. Has said “account paused” and unable to use since the beginning. I have used chat, a live advisor as well as email. They claim that they have reached out to my employer to verify me…this is a lie. I have also reached out and they (my co. & payroll co.) haven’t been contacted. Not sure if this is a scam or so poorly run that they resort to telling lies and keep saying 3 to 5 more days. I am done. Unlinking bank account and deleting app. PLEASE don’t trust this company to advance YOUR earnings. So disappointed! Update: Did the person who responded even read my review? I DID email them! “Lauren” went silent for days. Then she sent another email stating that she was out of the office. (Nice. I guess we can wait while they have time off? Also, it is strange that I never hear from them except in the middle of the night..USA time.) In her last email, she stated that they haven’t yet heard back from my employer, so, until they do they are going to “solve” this case and will reopen at a later time. Omg! My neighborhood was vandalized and I had tires popped. I have never used a service like this before. I needed to buy a few tires so that I could get back to work. Yep…never happened. Just waited for my check….and guess what…I decided to reload the app before updating this review and…you guessed it….STILL paused! Total waste of time and energy! I can hardly wait for them to tell me yet again to email. What a joke!

My Rain is not downloading

The idea of being able to access some of my paycheck early if needed is a good idea. Unfortunately it seems this app was developed by 6 year olds. You’ll have to close it out every time you open it because it’ll crash if not. That’s not a hard thing to fix either so it’s disappointing overall.

I tried cashapp venmo chime pnc paypal i can not get hooked up the app is faulty , customer service is super horrible . I can't get to my money what so ever . Please update the app its frustrating
