Im Writing this atleast the other people are aware on this company staff specially on Department collection and Department of Complaint: I tried many times to asked to give me discount and to dispute the charges of my credit card atleast i can pay only the limit of my credit card for AED5000 and to close the account actually the total Amount to pay with charges is AED6,733. The way the staff are treating me like i will run away or i will not pay.I just paid last month amount of aed1200 for the charges only.I understand that is their job to follow up the client however they are keep calling me everyminutes for everyday,this is the worst thing because they will come to your office and they will keep calling on your phone or office telephone.Regarding the staff of department of department collection are so rude the way his talking with me. I requested already from them atleast give me one time settlement to pay on 1st Dec amount aed5000 as i want to close my account because im not comfortable with them the way they are calling you many times for each day and always saying pay now or otherwise we will send as Legal Processing!How come im asking to them as polite way as im humang being but they are so rude.Same on the Complaint Whistle blower they just called you one time and they will never revert back on you. Please dont take anything credit card or loan on this bank they will damage your reputation and health as well. I hope the management will do an action for this matter.

You will end up paying around 11% charges imposed by RAK bank, for the amount you paid in foreign currency. I learned it in hard way by paying 1100 extra for 10K AED amount I paid from RAK credit card.

My experience with this bank was terrible. After receiving the credit card, I couldn't open the banking application. When I tried to login with the username and password, it showed an error message saying "The records do not exist for the user." On top of that, I didn't receive any support from customer care.
