The UI refresh was nicely done and very welcomed - kudos to the team who delivered that version (hence, a jump up to 5 stars)

But since then (back down to 3 stars) because I have to ask - has a new team or leadership taken over since the new CEO started? it now feels like the apps heading towards bloatware, when it should be heading towards existing feature streamlining and refinement. Poor leadership & decision making if so. I hope the CEO hires a Chief Product or Design/Experience Officer who genuinely understands customers more than they do internal politics.
