Raken has been one of our best investments here at Grizzly Steel Services, LLC. I have personally been utilizing Raken for over 7 years and influenced several other companies to purchase the software. I can stay informed and updated on every project by simply opening the app. Raken employees are always here to help, whether it’s a simple technical issue or we are creating and personalizing the platform to suite our company. Our customers always inquire about our software whenever we send documents. Our percentage of paid change orders has increased dramatically with the integration of Raken. Daily reports are amazing with automatic weather reports, pictures, job safety analysis and so much more. As the president of a steel fabrication and erection company, I am always trying to improve our business and Raken gives me the clarity and insight I need to make the decisions that matter.
