Ok, except when back-reading
I thought to write a review because maybe the developers can help sort this out. I’ve been a stealth member in a few Viber groups where I’m not active. Now that I have time to go back to the posts in the group, there are hundreds of messages to go back to (and I appreciate that Viber opens to the one I’ve last read), BUT the timestamp of the posts don’t indicate the date. 😩😩😩 It’s such a hassle trying to figure out when it was posted. The time is there, but it could have been posted a year ago. 😂 It’s a bit funny, but more annoying and so inconvenient. Please fix this, Viber developers!!! Thank you.
Activation failed
This app will block numbers without any valid reason, their support will take 3 days just to review your number to check if you are human or not, what a shame! Can’t rely to this kind of service. This app is not free, it will cost your time and headache.
Cannot send a message or files after updating
I can send messages and files this morning before I updated the app. After the update, I can’t send anything at all.

The adds are very annoying. It always popping up.
NO RESTORE ON VIBER BACKUP
Ive done back up on my viber. But there is no restore. My icloud have 1.6Gb files of my viber but it doesnt have restore. Please fix this. I need my files.
Business Inbox is annoying
I paid for viber plus to get rid of ads and now they rename ads into business inbox where businesses send ads. Also their support agent is a dumb robot.
App is not working properly
I dont know whats happenign but my viber app is not working properly. There are times when it doesnt allow me to send messages at all. What is happening?
Suspected spam account
My new number was blocked as I was contacting my previous clients via viber and got suspected as spam. Ive been sending tickets from their support page but all I get are bot support answers. I had sent multiple tickets and no resolution had happened.
