Lagging when send out messages
After upgrading to the new version, my messages always lag when sent. Hopefully this will be fixed and the app improved
Msg cannot sent
Hi developer, After i updated to ios version 17.5.1 i have problem to send messages. Always never go through. It will prompt msg not sent and ask to retry again. Please help. Thanks.

It’s great the quality is nice and it’s not one of those apps where to be good they charge you money the free version is so good and the paid version is worth it
Promptly resolved the issue
After installed app, viber access code not received. Then contacted to viber support, and their team responded and resolved the problem promptly.
Not very good
Tried to call usa from asia but other party kept unable to hear what i said. The line are not very good.
Did not improve in the past decade.
Been using Viber since its launch because I have no choice my family and friends are all using it. But one day I want to convince them to stop using Viber because this app has barely improved in the past decade. Calls are intermittent always getting dropped, pixelated video quality, doesn’t work with Apple airpods and I couldn’t be heard if I disconnected with airpods. This company should just sell itself or shut down. One less app occupying my storage.
Activation Failed
I cannot activate my Number on this phone Iphone 15 pro max. But i can activate in my other phone 23 pro max. I receive email from Viber Support that my number was blocked permanently by Viber and cannot be unblocked This is not TRUE as i can activate in other phone. Apple said it’s third party apps so it’s not their problem. But im not receiving a good support from Viber to activate my number on this phone
