Rally® Reviews

Feedback broken

BlueMan-Bill on

United States

Feedback is broken in the app, so here is mine: All weekly activities should start on the same day. There is no reason why “be grateful“ and “stand up every hour“ should start on different days of the week. Additionally my “walk 5000 steps a day” challenge starts on a Saturday instead of Monday. As a user, I should be able to select a particular day of the week that counts as my “first day of the week.“ This allows for maximum flexibility and personalization for each user.

Good app. Kind of glitchy and the survey is broken.

I generally like the app and appreciate all you can do with it. The app seems very glitchy. The survey has some problems, especially with the one about smoking. I don’t smoke. I’ve never smoked, but even if I put that in it wants me to tell it how many years I’ve smoked. Also, I completed the focus area twice and often I go back in and it asked me to fill out the focus area again. Just sort of glitchy.

App keeps freezing

MichCalvNY on

Love this app and the support but the app keeps freezing. I have to delete and reinstall at least twice a week. And I wish it would allow syncing with Apple Watch.

Happy user

I got this app from my job and it’s one of the best things I’ve gotten into in a while. This app helps me to make sure I am doing the things that make me happy and helps me makes sure I am also keeping my body healthy and happy and I just think it’s a great way to motivate people including myself to keep pushing themselves to reach their goals

Ok if you can log in

Jeckert4 on

United States

The app is ok if you can ever manage to login. It makes you put in your username and password EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Literally no other app does that. Not only that, it routes you through some other website in order to login with your health safe ID or whatever, and half the time that website doesn’t load or gives you an error when logging in. It’s fecking ridiculous. Once in, like, it’s fine. It could be easier to find things and figure it out, but you eventually can. Honestly, I only use it for a couple months so I can get the rewards. I might use it more if it were easier to get into.

App needs to get better at knowing when it’s used

Stan from Tinley Park on

Me: enters data on Sunday. Rally on Monday: we haven’t sen you in a few days.

Trash

razzlefrost on

United States

This app is so trash. If I wasn’t forced to use it, I would never have downloaded it. Constantly crashing and or bugs. Hire a QA team.

Doesn't sync with employer benefits

Cadence Chick on

United States

I downloaded this app so I could do the daily activities to earn rewards with my employer benefit program. I complete like 4 missions--and then I find out none of that info got transferred to the Rally Engage website, where the rewards were actually being processed! Totally useless to me.

Not working

Junecrazy on

What is the difference between this app and the other Rally app? The original Rally app was not so good and this one is much worse at this moment.
