after months of not using the app and only shopping online because my app never let me log in and kroger pay never worked, i decided to try it again! not sure why i did because its STILL broken like usual how many technical difficulties can one app have bruh atp just delete it and urself

This app used to work. Some update a couple months ago broke the sort feature on the coupons. You can no longer sort coupons by “newest” to find the latest coupons. Coupons that were just added are scattered throughout the list, mixed up with coupons that were clipped weeks ago. This forces you to scan through hundreds of coupons just to make sure you get all the “newest” ones. Utterly stupid.

Edit: These developer responses are a complete joke too. I said NOTHING about the coupons not saving my sorting and filtering selections. I should be so lucky. The sorting and filtering doesn’t work AT ALL. Checking and unchecking the boxes does nothing. As an example, I just now deliberately deselected the “adult beverage “ category, and yet one of the first coupons it shows me is for booze. Sorting by “newest “ should make the weekly ad coupons show up first, this being Wednesday. Instead, the first several coupons are ones that have been there for weeks. I don’t know how I can make it any clearer. I use this app primarily for the coupons because what choice do I have? But the coupon section is a complete joke. None of the sorting or filtering options do anything. The coupons are always in a random order, and always including categories I specifically deselected. I want to sort my clipped coupons by expiration date, but when I select that, it makes no difference; the dates are all over the place. When I browse the coupons, I want them sorted by newest. Nope, not possible. I’m not interested in things like makeup and body wash at the grocery store, but even only selecting the food categories, I still have to scroll through dozens of coupons for makeup. How hard is it to program sort and filter options correctly?? That kind of thing has been around for DECADES. Yet not only can they not fix it in this app, it just keeps getting worse! I can’t help thinking that it’s completely intentional. If the coupons are too frustrating to use, we’ll all just give up and pay the ridiculously marked up prices

Why update=39 minutes!???👹

Alicia at the Smoke Tree Ralph’s made me 2 gorgeous cakes: one an 80th birthday cake with a very amazing bicycle theme; the second, a lovely wedding cake for 2 friends recently married. Both of these done on very short notice; both elegant and exactly right for the occasion, thanks to Alicia’s creativity and care. Don’t go anywhere else for special occasions! And the price is right!!!

On 15.8.2 mini iPad, very slow response and big delay on downloading images. Please make the app more efficient. I don’t plan on replacing my iPad.

No matter how much I delete, re-install, and/or update it, it won’t let me log in or create a new account. It has some authentication error. So all the sale signs I see don’t apply to my stuff. It’s not enough that I have the loyalty membership/number— I have to have the app— which doesn’t work. Ralph’s is exorbitantly expensive without the coupons. Better to go to Trader Joe’s next door or even Whole Foods across the street.

This version of the app is the worst. Coupons are useless as everyone has mentioned. But the worst part is that I’m unable to see my fuel points history beyond current month. In the past versions it was all visible and searchable - you could see each month how many points you gathered, used and when they’re expiring. Please bring that feature back!

Every item now says ‘save to list’ instead of purchase and there is no longer an indication if you have something in your cart. This update is not user friendly. I used to be able to quickly shop for delivery but now I have to click through to each product page to add to cart and see if I already have it significantly increasing the time and effort.

This app always needs to be updated and you constantly have to sign in. So many times people are holding up the checkout line because they can’t get the app to work or they can’t remember their password to sign in.
