## RAM® Reviews in United States

### ****- "Climate Control"
Let me adjust the climate control from my phone. Then I’ll give it fivestars
-- Superfunballs, 2024-12-31

### *---- "It used to work…"
The first couple years of owning the vehicle, the original mopar app was great. Since switching to the Ram app, pure garbage. Unfortunately it’s the only way to utilize a SiriusXM Guardian subscription that will allow you to use remote start via the app. So…since that feature simply doesn’t work…app is great for getting intermittent reports (with suspicious accuracy) and nothing else. Do better FCA
-- itsmebriang, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
Enter my VIN, go to the confirmation screen that says my truck has been registered, hit the “back to dashboard” button, dashboard says there’s no vehicles on the account and prompts me to enter my VIN. Useless waste of time.
-- AdoptStreetKitties, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Installed app and entered VIN number. The app found my vehicle but didn’t save it. I was caught in an endless loop of entering the VIN number. I kept getting the message that no vehicle was added.
-- pleasework10, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Round and Round"
Keep putting in my VIN to register my vehicle but when I go to the dashboard it says I have to do it again, and again, and again……. And again….. I would have been a paying member if this app had worked but due to the lack of obvious care from the devs, why would I pay for an app that has an issue during the very first step?
-- Waited 1.5 hours for grubhub, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Connection is trash"
This app is a joke. Doesn’t work the vast majority of the time. Ridiculous!!!!
-- 4 trucks in., 2024-12-26

### **--- "Cost is disappointing"
Good amount of information given, responds appropriately 98% of the time. Only 2 stars, as I feel like it is not worth the cost and should be free (like other manufacturers). Only worth it during the winter months when/if nearly free.
-- Aviatordeej, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Trash"
Will recognize my vehicle but cannot add to garage. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t even work
-- EllaNFG, 2024-12-25

### ***-- "Let’s get the digital keys working"
Bought the truck at a premium price for digital Apple wallet keys, as advertised. Let’s get on it.
-- quints3031, 2024-12-24

### ***-- "Too many sign ins/outs"
This app continuously signs me out and makes me have to reenable my pin every time I want to control my vehicle. You turn on Face ID and it seems like it just keeps resetting. Same thing with the Watch app. It is not seamless. I have used other brands apps before, and they don’t make you keep signing in all the time
