I placed an order through the app, but surprisingly, the branch never received it. What’s even more concerning is that if I hadn’t called the branch to follow up, we would have been waiting indefinitely. In the end, I decided to pick up the order but chose to dine in instead. Unfortunately, even then, we experienced a long wait. 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

Almost 3 hours waiting time no cancel option and poor service. Wasted my time sa app sana nag punta nalang ako mismo. Kala ko naman okay gamitin yung app for delivery.

The recent update is now very difficult to use. Gives you stress instead of having a good dining experience.

I was putting in my order earlier and while doing so, it eventually just showed the loading icon after trying to add my second item. I had to restart the application but now it just shows a black screen. The store doesn’t accept orders through their website so how am i going to place an order for delivery?

Cannot use Senior Citizen or PWD id for discount

It's updated and very easy to use. I use it all the time.

The app made us wait more longer for pur food to come through. We had to reach out to a server to follow up our order after it was “received” almost an hour ago. Don’t bother using this app for dining, as it is very inefficient.

I reinstalled this app since I changed device. When I try to login it wont let me and says manual login not possible I have to use 3rd party login. However 3rd party login wont let me log in because I already have an account that it cannot retrieve. And the cycle goes on.

we exp twice where the payment via cc is always invalid

I've been waiting for an hour for delivery. It turns out that they just confirm it and just started preparing it. Will I wait another hourrrr!!?
