Whenever I play the random arena it would kick me off when I get good dice and makes me lose but when I play a normal match it’s fine

As soon I get into a game it kicks me out immediately.
I deleted the app and got banned
I deleted the app a long time ago and when I wanted to come back to play again it turns out I’m banned for whatever reason. The hours upon hours I spent on this game just to be randomly banned? Tough stuff.
Customer service is a joke.
When you encounter a bug in this game, customer service doesn’t care. They have set specific replies, and ignore any content that you may be sharing around a bug that you’re reporting, it’s incredibly frustrating and patronizing to be told that the game is working normally when you are experiencing something other than normal.
Game is AMAZING BUTTT!!!
* important They recently changed guardian dice to only stack to the amount of 3-6. However they forget to change dice academy unfortunately…so now challenge 3-3 is not doable at the moment. * Dice game was a fun game, my old school group would run to see who’s better. Now I just play it from fun time to time but sad to see major issues like these 2-3 years in
Horrible
Game is littered with bots playing co-op that dont upgrade dice and only merge till they have like 2 at level 3 so makes co-op self reliant and builds for that are not easy to make without spending money and the moment you do spend money i find you start getting really bad luck for your build and battle in pvp where you start facing very very high level players with maxed out dice and have no chance of winning no matter what build you make
I’ve played the game for 3 years but now…
They’ve introduced 2 new dice that are so overpowered that at the level I’m at, if you don’t have them, you just lose over 50% of fights.

I’m a very new player, and I totally enjoyed playing - arcade, co-op and pvp are fun in their own rights, and being able to play with a friend is a blast. However, as I’ve gotten to about trophy lvl 6, almost 7, suddenly I’m matched with people who are way above my lvl. e.g arcade, where I was matched with a person who is trophy lvl 17, who has clearly played more than me. Unsurprisingly, with them having accumulated 3000+ trophies, I got absolutely ruined and lost. I felt that to be incredibly unfair and a waste of an arcade ticket. I’m always up for a challenge, but having more than 10 levels above me feels extremely unfair- and everything is significantly harder, so I can’t even win anything. Had an incredible 15+ win streak, then suddenly everything with matchmaking went downhill.
