Getting fed up of two things! 1. buying a job when someone is already on route to the customer, Would like some re credit on a particular job. I’m aware this could be the engineer not confirming he’s made contact on this job? 2. Every job should have a minimum budget of a £100 Iv recently purchased a job and the customer said it only had a budget of £250 perhaps this is because is a toilet job? It’s cost me £30 to buy and the customer is will to pay £65 total, I need to replace the flush valve which could cost £15 so I’m earning £20 from this job. Can someone call me please

Paid £150 didn’t get a single job just like check a trade the sites terrible

The job has appeared in the app on Tuesday… was shown as nobody bought this job yet… I paid about £15 for to get it and did call the customer straight… the customer said the job was done on Friday and she cancelled the job already… And this is happening every time… Totally unacceptable and disappointing…

I paid £80 for a transaction and when I rang the client he said he had enough quotes. How can you expect people to pay for a job that they may not get this is cheating people. You should make sure the people who use the service adhere to the rules or refund people when they don’t, I was not refunded for my transaction. I have asked to be removed from the service twice and still have not been. I have left reviews about they way this company treats people.

Yet another £30 down the drain, with another customer time wasting, has no intention of instructing anyone. This happens 9 out of 10 times.

I have been using this software for 13 months! The first month was a probationary period, and after using it, I felt pretty good. (They deceived me, their service attitude and response efficiency were still good before signing a 12 month contract! However, after you signed the contract, it changed. If you didn't reply in a timely manner, sometimes no one answered the phone!) It's undeniable that I got some jobs with this software, but their fees are indeed a bit high. Whether you purchase or not, they don't care. They only charge their membership fee (360 per month), and they won't refund any unused points! What's even more despicable is that I sent them an email before the 12 month contract expired expressing my unwillingness to renew it, but they didn't reply to any messages and continued to deduct my membership fee! This is a fraudulent act! Not recommended!

Taken money out of my bank with out any lead purchase or consent. Tried to contact rated with numerous messages yet no response. Majority of lead are well over priced and the lead quality is extremely poor. customer do not want to pay realistic prices for work doin or even the price they have advertised for and when do this is also a low ask for what the work entails. 80 percent of lead seam to want to pay less than £250 and expect things doin like fence takeing down,roof clean,patio clean and waste disposal all this for under £250 🤦‍♂️😂😂 I also have random people call from here asking for jobs doin when the customers are no we’re near my area (60mile away)and jobs that are not listed on my profile
