This app actually does all of the competitor research and monitors local activities so it can adjust your prices every day...and that's after calculating an entire month in about a minute. It's insane!

Part of me wants to tell people about it, but I'd be doing myself a disservice by giving my competitors a chance. I have only used the genie strategy so far and I really don't see any need to change it. Every day, it recalculates my rates based on the current local competitors, monthly trends, and surrounding events that bring more potential guests...there's no way I'd be doing all that setting my rates manually. It absolutely works too.
