The RateMyHospital® dashboard and mobile feedback tool is the fastest, most accurate way for hospitals to gather and analyze patient feedback. The data collection and analytics tools provide healthcare administrators the answers and insights needed to improve the patient’s experience in real time.

With a click of a link, patients can instantly provide feedback of their experience through a web-based feedback tool accessible on their mobile phone – feedback that is displayed in real-time on the RateMyHospital® dashboard and viewable by authorized healthcare providers, administrator and staff on the web or in the RateMyHospital® iPhone App.

If your organization does not currently use RateMyHospital® to gather patient feedback, let us know and we will work with your organization to deploy RateMyHospital®.
