Gebruik de Ratio app om makkelijk online toegang te krijgen tot je Ratio laadpaal (versie: Smart, Solar en io6). Gebruik je smartphone of tablet om:

•	Actuele laadsessie in te zien
•	Inzicht te krijgen in je laadgeschiedenis
•	De laadstand te kiezen – heb je zonnepanelen en wil je groen en kosteloos laden? Kies de Pure Solar laadstand als je een Ratio Solar hebt
•	De laadpaal in te stellen – eenvoudig installateursmenu om een nieuwe laadpaal te configureren
•	Zakelijk verrekenen van uw laadkosten (alleen voor de io6 lader)

Kan instellingen biet wijzigen en buggy.

Ik kreeg een melding dat de verbinding met de lader verloren, ik de lader uit de app verwijderd en wou opnieuw toevoegen en krijg een error melding dat ik de verbinding met de lader niet kan maken....ik kan nu niks doen,ook niet meer de instelling wijzigen zoals laadsnelheid wijzigen...

### **--- "Update loopt vast (update)"
Helaas de update van vandaag loopt vast. Kan hierdoor ik de laadpaal niet meer gebruiken. De App verwijderen en opnieuw installeren geeft geen oplossing. Komt steeds weer met de melding updaten, kan enkele minuten duren. Er gebeurt echter niets. 07-02-24: Na heel gedoe en tijd is de update naar 3.6.1 uiteindelijk gelukt. Helaas werken de opgegeven aanpassingen en verbeteringen helemaal niet, alles is hetzelfde als de vorige versie. Geen idee wat het nut van deze update is, het is een onnodig gedoe zonder enig resultaat.

Update 9-10-2024
Na 8 maanden een reactie vanuit de ontwikkelaar?? Nu weet ik waarom de verdere ontwikkeling van de app stilstaat. Je kan er mee laden als je niet teveel eisen stelt en vaak opnieuw inlogt. Voor de rest heb je er niet veel aan.

Update 5-11-2024
Nu ook steeds de verbinding zoek, (Bluetooth en WiFi) waardoor de laadpaal niet meer vindbaar is en opnieuw gekoppeld moet worden. Dit komt bovenop het regelmatig opnieuw te moeten inloggen. Misschien dat deze app ooit naar behoren gaat functioneren, maar ik heb mijn twijfels.

Veranderingen aan de Max laadstroom worden nu niet doorgevoerd, slechte update, laatst deed hij het helemaal niet

Ik kan niet meer opladen, bluetooth verbinding niet te selecteren. Erg vervelend nu de zon lekker schijnt. Van begin al nooit vlekkeloos te verbinden.

Enige maanden terug heb ik een slechte review geplaatst, omdat de verbinding met Bluetooth steeds verbroken werd en niet automatisch weer verbonden werd. Ik gebruik nu alleen de wifi verbinding en met de laatste aanpassing van laadmoduswisselen tijdens een laadsessie werkt het helemaal goed. Gebruik Bluetooth dus helemaal niet meer. Ga zo door 👍
