Book and app are amazing

The book is exactly as described - a truly brilliant tool for any home (or other) chef. Fantastic if you love to experiment and create rather than just following a path. Highly recommend app too as a short cut tool in the kitchen. Feel like cookies, muffins? Just bash some up. Throw in whatever you like - everything is perfect every time. I LOVE this app and book. Many thanks. Recommend it to everyone.

Bad UI. Not all ratio's are correct which is annoying. Purchased it as a quick reference due to my career as a chef. Highly disappointed.
