## RatioRoll: Dual Description
RatioRoll is the dual-format camera built for creators, shooters, and storytellers who need the same moment in both landscape and vertical formats.

Record once. Walk away with both ratios.

A single take captures a 16:9 horizontal master and a 9:16 vertical cut at the same time. No reshoots. No second setup. No forgotten vertical angle.

KEY FEATURES

• Dual-Aspect Recording — Capture 16:9 horizontal and 9:16 vertical simultaneously. Both files save to Photos, ready to edit or share.
• In-App Library — Review the RatioRoll clips already saved in your iPhone Photo Library without leaving the app. The library uses Photos-backed assets instead of duplicating video storage inside RatioRoll.
• Video Playback + Swipe Navigation — Tap any clip to play it, swipe across to the next clip, or swipe down to return to the grid.
• Share + Multi-Select — Open the native iPhone share sheet for one clip or select multiple clips to share or delete with confirmation.
• Open-Gate Framing — Use more of the sensor area so the horizontal and vertical frames both have room to work.
• Pro Camera Controls — Exposure compensation, manual exposure controls, frame-rate options, tap-to-focus, and a clean recording HUD.
• Apple Log + LUT Preview — Shoot Apple Log on supported iPhones with Rec.709 monitoring and live LUT previews. LUTs are preview-only, so your recorded files stay clean.
• Monitoring Tools — False Colour and Zebra overlays help judge exposure while filming.
• Front + Rear PiP — Add a front-camera picture-in-picture for talking-head and vlog framing.
• 9:16 Safe Area Guides — Keep the vertical crop visible while shooting.

FREE TO USE

RatioRoll is now free. There is no recording paywall, no subscription gate, and no account required.

PRIVACY

• Camera and microphone access are used to record video and audio.
• Photo Library access is used to save and display your RatioRoll clips.
• No tracking. No third-party advertising SDKs. No cloud upload is required to record, save, or view clips.

NOTES

• iPhone-only.
• Best on multicam-capable devices such as iPhone 13 Pro and newer.
• Apple Log features require supported iPhone Pro hardware.
