Apple iOS has NFC with a protocol for travel passes. All busses in Israel have NFC receivers. You are a company of travel passes with time and money to combine these technologies. So, logically…. You develop an app that you can download on your phone, then use your nfc to connect to your old outdated plastic travel pass, then pay for more money through a different protocol on the phone, then reconnect your phone back to the old plastic travel pass through the nfc on the phone, so that you can then finally use the old nfc plastic travel pass on the nfc receiver in the bus to register your ride… Genius… :(

הסריקה של הכרטיס אינה נוחה. צריך לקרב ולהרחיק מספר פעמים עד שהיא מצליחה אחרי מספר כשלונות. כנ״ל אחרי החיוב כדי לעדכן את הרכישה. מאוד מתסכל. כדאי לשפר :)

חבל שאי אפשר לבטל כל חוזה, היה לי חופשי פריפריה ועברתי לירושלים, רציתי לעשות חופשי חדש, אבל אי אפשר לעשות חופשי בזמן שקיים חופשי אחר, ולבטל את החופשי הקיים גם אי אפשר, נאלצתי לבזבז כסף לצערי, באסה.

אפליקציה לא בסדר, ברגעים שחייב באותו רגע לשלם זה נותן מלא דרכי אימות וכבר חצי שעה אני מנסה לשלם ואין דרך אחרת להגיע הביתה ואני לא רוצה לקבל 100 שקל קנס בגלל הפקחים הלא מתחשבים האלה!
