Thanks to the online team I had great experience

Bad customer service

Products are nice but the customer service is so bad i wanted to return an item that wasn't my size and it was in the days of 14 thing i texted them the the same day my order came didn't get a reply they sent that they are opened from 10am to 4pm so next day i texted then 10:47 i didn't get a reply until an hour later and so own there replies are always an hour late and u need to send multiple times just so they reply once every hour which makes the time from 10 to 4 finish so then i would need to wait for the next day to be able to get a human reply and not a robot its been 3 days and I'm trying to send back one piece and they keep wasting my time by replying an hour later if they do this a lot they might keep doing it until 14 days are up and i can no longer able to return I suggest u look into ur customer service area because it needs a lot of improvement I would also like some help with returning my item

Deceitful don’t recommend shopping online at all

They don’t want to return item back and send the refund. Complete disrespect and lying

اولا البياع الي شغال في فرع الزقازيق الي مخلينه مدير ده لازم يتحاسب يا شركة يا الي بتضرب العملا ثانيا ابقوا جيبوا خامات عدلة و اختاروا حد بيفهم يعملكم موديلات تنفع تتلبس
