But what?? No idea tried a few things, probably uninstall

This app (or at least the person who creates the radio feeds) seems to be getting worse. The app has always been slow to start up and it can take a while before the selected programme starts streaming. However, recently when listening to a show it will jump to an advert half way through a song or just drop 10 mins of the show. It’s becoming unlistenable.

App works great all Bauer stations and easy to navigate but the in app purchase is absolutely not worth is! You would be cheaper buying 10 songs on Apple Music and every time the adds come on to just play the apple music song! Variety of songs the play on hits radio premium is señorita, sweet but psycho and perfect to me. Listening to this radio for anymore than 4 hours your guaranteed to hear that songs at least 3-4 times

When you’re down….you’re down!!!!

So every time I try to turn Rayo on it doesn’t work. i have to close the app on my ipad and then restart it. Every time - gets boring.

Why is it that when the program changes the app image stays the same i.e. when listening to Simon Mayo and the program moves on to Jackie Brambles the screen image still stays on Simon Mayo? Why if I’m signed in to my local county network on the app do I not get local traffic and local news what’s the point of signing in to your local area if it makes no difference? Why does the app keep dropping out for no reason at all. When I’m listening to BBC sounds I have none of the above issues….. which makes me think the app needs some work.

I love this app for GHR, but lately since they have added adverts, during a show a song suddenly cuts off and sometimes it’s on a loop and goes back 30 seconds. Now today they haven’t uploaded the shows from yesterday. Not sure they have invested in an IT department, if so it needs improvements.

I had no problem using Rayo initially, but when I tried to migrate my account over to a new phone, I suddenly couldn’t log in and no matter how many times I communicate with support, they seem unable or unwilling to resolve the problem.

Why am I having to listen to adverts despite paying for premium and being logged in?
