I have been trying to stay optimistic for improvements but am losing faith in the issues being resolved. -- B. Such, 2025-10-29 ### *---- "The worst service platform" Their old platform was good, not a servicetitan or anything similar, but good. Their “new experience” is an experience all right, the worst. There’s nothing like having an undependable service platform during peak operating hours constantly go down on you. -- 5JJC, 2025-08-14 ### *---- "This app is trash" Constantly kicking me out of the network, glitches when trying to collect payment and locks me out after it glitches. Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall app. If my work didn’t require me to use this app I would had gotten ride of it a while ago. Complete trash app do not use it. -- Who’sasking?, 2025-08-08 ### *---- "Dumpster fire of an app" Customer service says to uninstall and reinstall when app glitches (all the time) i loose all my work when i do. I have to manually input all of assignments for the day. Please fix -- sad tetris player, 2025-05-27 ### *---- "Terrible" Will not sync. No help from customer service -- Rondelphelia, 2025-04-21 ### ****- "Thanks for the updates!" The new updates have been making the app a lot better! I changed my review to 4 stars, much appreciated. -- Murdermasin, 2025-02-11 ### *---- "Very disappointed" Really tough using this app. Haven’t been able to get on it lately. May have to move away from razor which will be hard they have all of my info! -- Caseyvon, 2025-01-21 ### *---- "Avoid this program" In theory this could be a wonderful platform but they’ve made the software extremely difficult to navigate. They continually have outages smack dab in the morning when we’re trying to schedule and get our service technicians on the road. If I knew what I know now I would avoid this program and go with something much more reliable and easier to navigate. -- Razor Trash, 2025-01-16 ### *---- "Dumpster fire" Old version is 100% better. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app at least 3 times a week because it will not sync with my daily customers. Terrible. Map/route has me double backing and wasting time everyday. -- htowncajuneay, 2025-01-13 ### *---- "If you would like your work to take twice as long this is the app for you." RazorSync is arguably the worst software I’ve ever used for anything. The glitches are constant. It’s always something. Failure to upload more than 1 photo at a time. Failure to include taxes in jobs even when all the settings are correct. Failure to send emails from the software. I would rather hand build quotes, scan them into my home computer and then email them to customers than use this god forsaken software. If you want everything to take twice as long as it should then this is the software for you. If you want to hate your life this is the software for you. I never leave reviews of anything, literally less than 5 in 22 years of adulthood, but this software is so unbelievably awful it gets a review. -- Chris9521A, 2024-12-30 [View all RazorSync reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to RazorSync - [Partner MobileTech](https://apptail.io/app/partner-mobiletech-drd/united-states) - [Video Inspection Pro](https://apptail.io/app/video-inspection-pro-dAgb/united-states) - [ServiceMinder](https://apptail.io/app/serviceminder-QHub/united-states) - [FieldPulse](https://apptail.io/app/fieldpulse-VVxb/united-states) - [Kickserv Field Service](https://apptail.io/app/kickserv-field-service-aWxb/united-states) - [VixxoLink](https://apptail.io/app/vixxolink-fqBb/united-states) - [FieldEdge](https://apptail.io/app/fieldedge-guoc/united-states) - [eTurns TrackStock](https://apptail.io/app/eturns-trackstock-hLCc/united-states) - [Centah By WinGen](https://apptail.io/app/centah-by-wingen-nKAh/united-states) - [WinGen SwordPoint](https://apptail.io/app/wingen-swordpoint-QuDh/united-states) ## RazorSync Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/razorsync-dHMc/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/razorsync-dHMc/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/razorsync-dHMc/india) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/razorsync-dHMc/dominican-republic) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
