## RBC Insurance Description
Access your group employee health benefits with the RBC Insurance My Benefits app wherever you are, whenever you need it. 

The RBC Insurance My Benefits app provides you fast, easy, and secure access to your group employee health benefits provided to you by your employer. This does not include group home and auto benefits.

RBC Insurance My Benefits features:
•	View your digital ID card (this is also your travel card if you have travel benefits) and save it offline for quick and easy access. 
•	Submit a health (including spending accounts), drug, dental and travel claims directly from your smartphone or tablet.
•	Find a RBC Insurance approved health-care provider or pharmacy near you, identify which offer direct billing and view quality ratings.
•	Check whether a health service, medical supplies or drug is covered under your plan including the amount that will be covered.
•	Search your claims history to get a real time status of any recently submitted claims as well details of previously processed claims.
•	View any alerts about any pending claim audits.
•	View your Spending Account balances.
•	Access to Health and Wellbeing services and discounts, including the Wellness Program.
•	Access to Government of Canada global travel advisories.

Submitted my claim and get denied because they did not received the prescription that I have uploaded. They advise to send it thru email which I sent it on the same day. I called to follow up after 1 week. They said they did not receive my email. I sent it again thru email on that same day. And they said they received it and will forward it to the processing dept. That was in the first week of November 2024. Followed up every week by phone and the answer is they did not receive the email. I mentioned to them the date of the email sent and then they say that it wasn’t processed yet. For 6 times and up to this date that I keep calling nothing is happening. I get the same answer that it’s not processed. 
RBC insurance you are very irresponsible and I hope you would go Bankrupt!!!!

I tried to login multiple times, it always throws an error message after 2 factors authentication but never logs in. An app like this from RBC is never expected

Why do you have to click twice once you enter the MFA code to login? Every other app on the market logs you in on submitting the MFA on the first click. 

Navigation of this app could also be way more intuitive. It’s somewhat navigation hell.
