Still getting a white screen.
New update issues
New update wasn’t great. App no longer works just get a white screen
Bad support
Every time I update my iPhone’s IOS my RBFCU mobile app crashes! It won’t allow me to access even after changing my password. Over the phone help was more than useless! Still couldn’t find how to “update” the mobile app! Just plain ridiculous!
Designed for ease
I like the simple approach to being able to see all accounts and easy to move funds in different ways.
Catastrophic
I came home with an iPhone 15, and when I tried to open, I always get the white screen of —-k you very much. What the …?
App issues
I can’t even use the mobile app because all it gives me is a white screen and nothing loads up
Update won’t update
The app won’t update, the update circle just keeps going and going and never updates.
Replacement of Debit Card
I am extremely pleased with fast I got my new debit card, I went in to my local branch in Austin, Texas West Ben White Blvd to file a fraud on my card, I was told that it would take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive, I am very happy that I received on Saturday which made me very happy. Once again, RBFCU came through for me in a very timely manner which is greatly appreciated. I am so glad to be a client of this magnificent credit union company. Great job to all …I would highly recommend this credit union to everyone, friends and family.
