Not working properly
Worst app
Useless app and useless interface
Not getting bills in emails as wrong email has been registered
There’s no option to change the registered email, they put a wrong email in the account and now I can’t receive the bills on my email.
Worst App
Everytime it’s hangs and after making payment it will not update
Most of the time not respond
This is the most worst app I have ever seen
Worst UI and customer support
Bookmyshow offers don’t work. Payments take multiple attempts, good luck reporting an issue via the app.
Neither the app is working, nor the card
Since the last couple of months, the card and the app - both are not working I have made all the payments on time, but still the same issue Sent an email to the customer support, but no response

Application is not work well in Apple devices and not open every time give error temporary unavailable….. fix the bug issues in app so users can use the app soomthly
Not logging in
Unable to login to mobile app, RBL website. I wonder if the bank is still existing or already banned. Very disappointing by the customer service. Regretting the purchase of BookMyShow Play card.
