## RBS Premier Black Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Awful UX"
Can’t scroll or engage in any buttons, menus or features. Don’t have any issues on any other site or app. So much good content that you can’t get to. Absolute doggers.
-- 00Zero, 2026-03-18

### *---- "RBS Private Black Holder"
Awful awful app - I can’t believe it has stayed so bad for all the years I have used it. Search function for tickets awful, doesn’t save info to speed up transactions. So poor.
-- A_M_R_1, 2025-12-31

### *---- "App will not accept reset password"
Utterly sick of this. App does not accept saved password. When you follow links to reset, and do so via a confirmatory email it still won’t accept reset password.
-- Rowgerwulff, 2025-04-15

### *---- "Ticket booking useless"
Terrible app. Awful UI. Event search function just doesn’t work. Bring back the web pages please! I always end up phoning the call centre to book tickets because the app is so bad (even so, I persist in hope that it will be fixed one day!)
-- teehom75, 2025-01-03

### **--- "Poor Interface and search"
Doesn’t scale to my iPhone and won’t scroll for buttons off screen. Search capability on events particularly bad. No useful filtering so just a long list.
-- Another Scot, 2024-11-10

### *---- "Does not work after update"
Used to be a good app to help see where I can get these extra rewards but now app has been ‘undergoing maintenance’ for the last 2/3months
-- Keysso, 2023-09-26

### *---- "Not a good experience"
Really only use this app for booking tickets because it’s a genuine saving when done this way. But what a faff it’s almost worth paying the extra to avoid the issues. You largely end up phoning in to try and sort it and even then the people you speak to struggle to help if you call when the admin team have finished.

When you are able to book tickets they seem to book them with their own email address and then send them on to you. I’m still waiting for the e tickets for an event next week. They’ve confirmed they have them but so far haven’t been able to send them to me. It’s for a festival and so you can imagine how unnecessarily complicated this makes things. All up the customer experience for the service and the performance of this app fall short. Think carefully before relying on it and the company that run the service for RBS if you are generally short of time. Does make you wonder if the fee for the account is worth it.
-- MacGoober, 2023-08-17

### *---- "Utter Rubbish"
I’m afraid to say this app is completely hopeless. Can’t even access it. First it tells me I have a registered account, which I wasn’t aware I had, so I then attempt to reset the password - it tells me this has happened - and then when I try to log on it tells me my details are incorrect.

Utterly rubbish service for a premier banking application.
-- hacked off customet, 2023-02-19

### *---- "Poor bank. Kennedy"
I can never get satisfaction when money has left my account without my approval.16 28 05. 11591425. Some use having a black account Send to head office
-- poor baker, 2023-01-04

### *---- "App not working since updating. Cannot even log on"
When you fill in your chosen airport, dates and times the find parking button just doesn’t work. A fix for this would be good!
