## RBX Active Reviews in United States

### *---- "Save your money"
App crashes way too much, and the sleep tracker doesn’t work.
-- lightbritez, 2020-09-11

### *---- "Watch"
My Fitbit won’t even turn on it’s very annoying because I spent a lot of money on this and the app doesn’t want to connect I’ve read the instructions and tried so many ways to turn it on but it won’t it will charge and it only connect when charging when you disconnect it, it goes back to square one and won’t turn on.
-- Nathaly Conde, 2020-08-25

### **--- "No time sync available"
I can no longer sync my time. The battery died and I charged and now the sync time tab is gone.
-- Holdertight, 2020-05-15

### *---- "Crashes/ loses connection"
App crashes a lot and loses connection to wrist band. Product goo app bad
-- Gorace48, 2018-09-17

### *---- "Review"
App constantly crashes right after i open it hasn't tracked any data!
-- Big womack, 2018-05-01

### *---- "Blows"
App is terrible. Always crashing. Never saves my personal info therefore always losing my step track info and calories. Makes it impossible to view weekly results.
-- Si si si, 2018-02-25

### *---- "Too Many Bugs"
I can’t even use the band or app together because the app crashes every time I try to pair it with the band. Without the app, the band is useless to me. I want the full bang for my buck and I’m not getting it. Sadly going to return it and get a more expensive one.
-- oHeyitsKellie, 2018-01-11

### *---- "Updated app"
I am unable to get my device to sync to the updated app, which means the time is wrong on my device and I have no way to fix it. Also I am unable to track my steps.
-- A.bryk, 2018-01-05

### *---- "App Crashes - junk"
Bought the fitness tracker and downloaded app. Crashes. Uninstall and reinstalled and still crashes. What a joke.
-- JasonSpringer, 2016-11-25

### **--- "No longer able to get notifications"
Several days ago the tracker stopped providing text and phone call notifications from my iPhone. My wife said the same thing has happened to her phone.
