Reach More Parents by Weduc

Unable to access app as it keeps saying incorrect username password even though I know it’s right even tried resetting and says reset successfully but then doesn’t allow me to login

This is an absolutely awful app, I have been trying to log into my sons account for days

This app has got to be the worst part of my day/life. It is so poorly built. There are too many sections and it takes way too many taps to find what I’m looking for. Everything glitches when you tap or drag (using and iPhone 13 Pro). I loathe having to find messages or appointments - to the degree that I simply don’t care what my school sends. Every parent I talk to (except for about 3 nut jobs with too much time to kill) hate it. I wish my school didn’t use it. It’s infuriating.

Good app except on my iPhone the keyboard covers the send button when am updating absences and there seems to be no way to get it to disappear other than to press cancel and while the close dialogue is up try and press the send button usually takes a couple of tries. checked through all settings but don’t seem to see anything wrong.

By far the most poorly constructed app I have ever had the displeasure of using. It is laughable how incredibly bad it is. Simply trying to pay for anything just takes you to the Weduc website anyway making the app essentially useless in the first place. And then it makes it impossible to pay on the website because it closes every time you finish your transaction. Please never use weeduck.

App is quite fragmented, lots of sections, hard to navigate between sections, time consuming, just to read a message from school you have to click and click and click. No tech support buttons work, password restart doesn’t work

This app is infuriating to use and hides important information while constantly re notifying you about stuff you’ve already looked at . It gets in the way of communication and I have no idea why schools are using when parents are literally tearing their hair out about it . To reuse that saying “this is an app that would have been better off being an email “

You have to click so many times just to get to a message. Infuriating.

On my iphone the weduc app when signing in only says “username” on everything else it say username of E-mail. I need to use my email because the username doesn’t work but I can’t use it unless I’m on the website. I don’t like using the website I prefer the app. Please change this.

This app frustrating to use. When you try and report an absence for your child, the send icon is at the bottom of the page. However, once you’ve entered the information for the absence The keyboard does not shrink down so you cannot send the message. I’ve tried to use the desktop version but there is no facility to report absence on the desktop version. I have no idea why not. It’s shocking that the school have agreed to use such a system when it only has a two star rating out of 340 parents.
