Reach has always been glitchy, however this latest update almost defeats the purpose of having this app for technician. When opening the app it goes directly to events from 2 years ago. Also when looking at submitted,in process no numbers are shown so you have to count them manually, that’s if they load properly. It is not easy nor user friendly. It doesn’t tell how many characters is enough before you submit. You cannot create an event without hitting an unnecessary obstacle that will keep sending you back to fill in * fields.
