All the features and departments from the print edition are here, including the jokes and funny true stories, along with our famous Word Power column—now with automatic scoring and audio pronunciations. Each issue is enhanced with exclusive cartoons, videos, slide shows, animations, and useful Web links—all in a well-designed, easy-to-navigate interface.

## Reader's Digest Reviews in United States

### *---- "No longer showing current issue"
Current issue is not showing as available for reading or download. Have always seen a delay between receiving print edition and seeing it on iPad app. But recently it’s three weeks into current issue’s month and still not available.
-- dicko in gainesville ga, 2025-08-16

### ****- "Minor improvement needed, still good app"
I downloaded this app after subscribing in 2023. Ive loved it since. However i own a giant rd collection and can’t take it on the go with me. All your archives span up to 2011, so there is no way to read pre 2010 issues. I wonder if you have an archive of all the magazines you made digitally so that I could read old issues on the go. Thanks!
-- Aydin Zubair, 2025-07-21

### ***** "Great"
Great great great
-- Nook name Bill, 2025-04-21

### **--- "Ok but not great"
Way too many non English speakers. Antiquated it.
-- gudgelcl8, 2025-04-07

### *---- "Doesn't work"
I paid for a year I can't sign in. I need my refund.
-- MegaraWitch, 2025-04-03

### *---- "doesnt work， bad app"
i downloaded the last issue. but can't see anything.
-- 风帆股份古古怪怪关于, 2025-03-16

### *---- "No table of contents"
There is no clickable table of contents. One has to literally scroll to the last page say to go to, say Word Power.
-- Alexjos, 2025-03-02

### ***** "Good app, good time"
The app works great and this is so much a better way to enjoy phone time than doom scrolling through contentious social media posts and comments. This app is an oasis. Each article is brief and well-written.
-- Waterboy1212, 2025-03-01

### ***-- "Print edition valued"
Once upon a time the app version of READER’S DIGEST could be downloaded and saved so an internet connection was not needed. It also had a bookmark and table of contents at the ready, to avoid scrolling through pages to get to the place you remember reading last. No more. It can’t be downloaded and saved. On a plane, it cannot be read if you accidentally close & reopen the app. You have to flip through pages to get to the place you need to be.

I treasure my print editions as I can take them anywhere to read them. Even to the beach! I can highlight parts I like, or tear out pages to keep & share. If it’s intact, I donate it to my library so someone else can enjoy it & hopefully get their own subscription.

I’ve read Reader’s Digest since 1963, when I was 12. The jokes were my favorite & the real stories taught me valuable lessons. I might not like the app, but I will continue to subscribe to the print version as long as I live.
-- MrsSims81@mac, 2025-01-31

### *---- "APP DEVS HELP"
I just bought my subscription but it won’t let me read anything. I can’t even create an account so I can’t sign in
