I really enjoy this app because seeing as my car is in garage getting fixed I have to take bus to work and I can check this app to see how long I have until bus comes and then I can leave just as it gets around to the corner

The route finder never seems to work and is no help if I’m working out my cheapest ticket option. But big thanks for enabling group ticket purchases.

This app was great at first but now she’s failing me. It tells me when there’s a bus near by or when a bus is coming and even shows me the bus icon travelling the route but now it doesn’t show the correct bus times or even icons. Like I wanted to take the bus 6 and it told me it would be arriving in 5 minutes, I checked the map to see where the bus is but there wasnt any buses nearby that was even 10 minutes away. I said “okay maybe I should just go sit at the bus stop, it might be a replacement bus who knows” I waited 30 minutes before the bus came and I was nearly late for my work. There are other instances of this happening. 
Like me looking for a bus 6 and 600 arrives very weird.  But all in all I’m still grateful. Please try to fix the bugs on this

Despite everyone recommending it to me, it turns out it doesn’t even have the correct location for bus stops. In this case my bus stop at Sadlers Lane. Not so useful after all.

Route planner didn’t recognise road names or key location like Royal Berks Hospital (says locations unavailable).
Need to check expected times on planner against the live times. Should show delays on the journey planner. It’s a problem if relying on connections. Google maps was more helpful. 
Made worse by bus delays.

Times on app don’t work and trackers are unreliable and quite random meaning you will frequently miss your bus

Overall the app works well but where it falls down is on providing useful real-time data on cancelled services. Cancelled buses still appear on bus departures without live data so you’ve no way of knowing if the bus will arrive or not. If a bus is cancelled, please can this be clearly shown so passengers are not left standing around at stops. Thank you.

Great app, it shows exactly where the bus is and the routes of all the buses around the reading area. Only big downside is that the app says the bus will be at a stop at a certain time and never ever comes on time; usually 10 - 15 minutes later than when it says it will come. Messes with your schedule, but if you don’t care about that everything else is great!
