## Reading Cinemas Reviews in United States

### *---- "We are far away from dial-up"
Make this app make sense. Fix it
-- gdsgnbk, 2025-07-08

### *---- "One giant bug"
Impossible to make an account
-- MitySlim, 2025-07-04

### *---- "Bad app"
It doesn’t let me log into my account and offers little functionality.
-- DaniPearl15, 2025-06-07

### *---- "Hot mess, normal features do not work!"
The normal usability things that you love from iPhone apps just don’t work. Upon registration I couldn’t auto fill out my name and address. Upon payment it didn’t offer Apple Pay, and also wouldn’t bring up my saved credit cards. Predictive typing didn’t work. After purchase there IS a “save to  wallet” button, but… you guessed it… it doesn’t work. It feels like they wrote this app years ago for android and then just copied it to iOS without any improvements. What a waste!
-- steve159, 2025-02-17

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
Tried to buy tickets three times and each time it went nowhere! What a waste. Why have an app that you can’t buy tickets from?
-- eggcupsue, 2025-01-21

### *---- "Horrible App"
This app is horrendous!! I can’t login nor can I continue as a guest without it glitching and forcing me to close it. Horrible experience and making me unable to purchase tickets online. I’ll just go to a different movie theater if this is the service I’ll receive.
-- TonyEly0507, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Won’t even open"
App opens and then closes immediately
-- Reluhcs, 2024-10-01

### *---- "Absolute trash"
New app, more bugs. If you like re-ordering 2-3 times and loosing your seats, this app is great. Tried putting in a food order ahead of time 3 times and kept getting booted to the main screen losing my entire order.

Fire whoever built app should be sued for you should be sued into oblivion.

Please do better…
-- Swerty90, 2024-08-04

### *---- "The worst"
Trying for the past 20” to buy tickets. The screen just goes completely white & then doesn’t release the tickets. I’m ready to be over Reading. I have to pay an additional fee for this aggravation?!? Wow
-- BREN E, 2024-07-06

### *---- "New and Improved?"
No. It’s not. It’s harder to navigate and only works in portrait mode. Here’s a notion: NOT EVERYONE USES THEIR PHONE! SOME OF US USE OUR TABLETS IN LANDSCAPE MODE.
The app also takes a whole lot more time switching between screens, and there’s no “back” arrow I can find.
Can I have the old, unimproved, working, and use app back, please?
