### *---- "App and website doesn’t work when booking tickets or deleting credit card details"
Hi there,

Your apps does not work in apple or google store. When trying to purchase tickets an error keeps appearing saying unable to book the tickets a credit will be issued for the charge purchased. Is very frustrating.

Also if you dssave a credit card you cannot delete it properly online or by the app.

I’ve never been able to make an account, as the app displays an error message every time I’ve attempted to. I used to be able to book my tickets via the guest checkout but now it appears that I can’t even do that without the app crashing when I try and select my seat number. The app will also now crash when attempting to make an account. Really disappointing as I am a very frequent customer of Reading Cinemas and will continue to be for the rest of its existence. Can these issues be sorted out please? Thanks.

When you click on account after signing in everything goes white and you can’t do anything except close and reopen the app. Quite disappointing as basically the app is useless for points. Booking tickets seems to be the only thing you can actually do in it. Can’t recommend the app at this time.

App is terrible always freezes, keyboard doesn’t show, white screen when trying to do anything. Password reset is a nightmare and keeps rerouting you but gets stuck. If apps not going to work get rid of it, online works way better.

App is unusable as whenever you try to use a function of the app e.g. pay for a booking or log in, you are met with a blank page. 

 The website is also slightly dysfunctional as when you try to edit your account details nothing happens, maybe a broken link or something.

Update: I’ve noticed the problems with website are only persistent for Chrome browser on iOS.
