Yes you could use Goodreads but Amazon doesn’t need that additional metadata about me. The app lets you log your ratings of a book, when and how many times you’ve read it, and tracks a bunch of statistics like how many pages you read in the last year. Props to the developer for not charging a stupid “monthly subscription” but rather offering a one time purchase. A bit high imo, but a great tool to have. There should be an goal option as well, and if you have a book you finished they should put a IDK for when you started and finished! Not the best one. Is exactly what I’ve been looking for for a while, and I’ve downloaded lots of other ReadingList apps, and none of them have hit all the checkmarks except for this one. I like to use Goodreads for the social aspect, but I don’t like how they have, the TBR list (or recently read list) so hard to access, and you can only see a few of your books at a time. I wanted an app that would allow me to see a bigger version of my TBR than just a couple at a time, and this reading list app delivered! With this app, you can add as many books as you like, either by the Internet, manually, or by adding an ISBN, and then you can click and drag them into whatever order you want!!! It is amazing!! Every other system, It just gets enters them in on the order that you’ve entered them in which is frustrating. And yes, I know you could rearrange them a bit, but not like this app. There’s a couple other features like this one where if you want to click and drag a whole bunch of them you can, and the you can drag them to the top or the bottom and I really like that feature to. The other thing that I enjoy is when I am searching for books online to enter into my TBR, I can click multiples at a time. So if I search for an author and they have a whole series, for example, I can add all of them at one time. Timesaver!! Lastly, I am looking forward to seeing my books added into the recently read list, as I enter them and read them. Overall, this app is great.
