How much does Reading List cost?
Reading List has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is $8.88.
From the beginning several years ago, I knew this was what I had been needing to keep track of my reading. I wrote a review and upgraded so that everything interfaced between iPhone and iPad. I even requested that the developer add a feature for “did not finish” (DNF). He answered me personally and, in a later upgrade, that option was added.
Quite often the question is asked on FB “How do you keep track of the books you read” and invariably, the majority of commenters say Goodreads. It is such a cumbersome, unappealing app for me. So as often as possible, I make sure to give a pitch for this app. I recommend it to all my bookish friends. I wish there another way for Andrew to get the publicity that this app deserves.
Love(Update)
I use it all the time. It’s the best app I’ve personally found for it and I don’t think that the pro version is required for a good app so it works!!
Update: It’s been almost a year now and I still have no regrets. I’m highly considering buying lifetime (WHICH IS ONLY 30 SOMETHING DOLLARS BY THE WAY!!) but I might settle for a year for $14 right now since my mom might have to pay instead. You can use this app perfectly without paying anything, but there are some sweet features that pro users gain. I also want to support this developer because I love the app so much!
This tool will be my fave for years to come
It’s sensibly laid out, it supports dynamic type, it has room for all my notes, the dev responds thoughtfully within 24 hours. It’s all private! Works fine as an iPad app on my M2 Mac, as well.
Mary Kay
I love this app and suggested that my sister use it also. We have books in alphabetical order and it makes it really easy to use. I also recommend this app in the book websites that I am a member of.
Love This!!
It’s nice to have a mobile catalog of all of the books I own so I don’t buy the same one multiple times, also to know which book to read next! I love this app so much
Five Stars!
I love this app. Have been using it for a long time and recommend it often. Simple, easy. Helps this golden aged brain to remember what I have read and what I want to read.
Great little app and well worth it.
Got the lifetime sub so my friends and family can use it too.
Literally love it
I absolutely love to read and I’ve tried so many different apps and sites to keep track of what I’ve read, this is by far the BEST APP I’ve tried. It’s easy to add books that you’ve already read or are currently reading. You can do so much for FREE. It’s such an amazing app
Pretty awesome
Great app. Im a huge fan. Some things I wish it had. Planned reading, like Leio used to have, where you can see how you need to read based on your goal finish dates. The ability to sort by page count, so I can sort and look at my options when I want to knock out a short book.
Great for book nerds!
If you’re a book person in need of a way to keep track of all the books you want to read, I suggest downloading this app!
I love that this app is still functional without having to pay for the Premium option. This app is not super functional as a library in your phone, but it’s great for your lists!
If you wanted to have your library in your phone, I’d suggest the app BookBuddy! That one is really helpful to have the Premium version for, as you can have unlimited books. Go check it out, if you please!
Anyways, this app is great! And I love that it has the widget option :)
