Not good

Purchased the newspaper, but not delivered to my account. Money waste.

Don’t Pay

Please don’t pay, the app is useless will deduct money and won’t provide pdf. Why is this app even on the store. Please apple remove this app and take action.

Disappearing papers

You stop loading newspapers after a few days in shelf . Very frustrating.

Highly impractical and irritating

Reading a newspaper while zoomed in is very difficult and irritating. Whenever a zoomed in image is moved around and it reaches the edge of the page, and a slightest slide to next page is done, which btw happens almost everytime trying to adjust to an article for best readability, the zoom at this point automatically goes out. This never ending cycle of me zooming in and app zooming out is irritating and difficult. Same was the problem with Indian express app I used before this. I couldn’t even send this message via in app feedback since once you start typing the keyboard never goes off the screen and keeps send button hidden

Orders not reflecting

Purchased a magazine. Not reflecting in the app. Waste of money. No response as well from customer care. Fraud company

Pathetic service

One week of writing a mail and no response yet. I loaded money into Readwhere wallet and did payment from there, the payment went through by subscription has not activated yet. And no response for customer care has made me helpless and my money just have been eaten away without any service.

Unable to download Jugashankha Silchar

From 1 October I am again not able to download the Jugashanka Silchar edition. I have registered a complaint in the readwhere helpdesk but the issue hasn’t been solved yet. Please look into it at the earliest. Thanks

Not a great app, very minimal options and not designed for any paid service. Do not choose any paid service unless you have no other choice. Pathetic support and response.
