I used this app today to evaluate a 6 unit apartment that we are looking to purchase- this app is user friendly and easy to plug in the numbers and calculate cap rates and income streams. This app does all the heavy lifting - you just need have your basic data or estimated rents

All my properties deleted!

Was using the app for a couple years and just learned that all my data is gone. Use at your own risk.
