First of all this is not a flute it’s a recorder and it is not easy to even play. I thought if you can play it will help you learn a few notes.. NOT AT ALL this was supposed to be a fun game where you can play and would be a “NORMAL” game to play but I was wrong literally the worst game I have ever found.

First of all, this “Flute game” is not correct. I know a RECORDER is in the flute family. But it is not a flute. Second of all, the game does not give you any instructions whatsoever. It just has you choose a recorder and play. Basically, you play it by holding the mouth piece and click on the holes to make it make a sound. But what I really don’t like is the fact that that’s not even the right noise that it makes. For example, when you click on the alto recorder, and click on the note B, it makes the sound of the note F. And the pitch goes up when it’s supposed to go down every hole that goes to the end of the recorder. This game is supposed to be a tutorial on how to play the recorder and fun but teaches you nothing. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Honestly, I was about to delete this app however, to play you have to hold the top 🔝 of the flute and press the holes and it plays! For you people that know what the joints are the press the head joint while playing the body buttons! First of all, let me be the first to say that I am simply stunned by the elegant simplicity of this astonishing testament to the ingenuity of Mankind. Its easy, simple to use interface welcomes the user with not one, not two, but THREE different options to play. Lest I undermine my own credibility, I should concede that, speaking in the strictest of terms, that this is, in fact, a RECORDER simulator. Do not let that dissuade you. While it is indeed difficult to replicate the actual recorder-playing experience, I found it easy to get up and running in seconds. Within a minute or two, I was happily blowing recorder classics, such as “Hot Cross Buns,” “When the Saints Go Marching In,” and the Harry Potter theme song. 

The other reviewers are likely faithful to lesser windwood simulator apps, or possibly simply marketing or development teams who failed to launch a competitive product. As mentioned before, do not let these reviews dissuade you. It is excellent. Simply excellent!

First I did not know how to play it. If I didn’t read the horrible reviews I wouldn’t know how to even use the app. Second the music quality is terrible. When I play it I can’t play different notes fast enough to actually make music.

This is not even a flute. As someone that plays flute in band, this is almost disrespectful to the flute community. If you want to play a recorder so badly, then order one on amazon for like $5 and do I that way. The app doesn’t even work and it is embarrassing that someone thought of this...

This app is a total lie based on its title so don't expect this to be a really fun app. Also, it is not a real flute and it does not have and instructions on how to use it except the picture when you want to download it ( which I suggest you not to) which is not how you use it. You have to hold the mouthpiece then press or hold a hole on the flute as if you are blowing which you are not and anyway it is a recording not a real flute sound.
