It’s insulting. Here’s how it works: once you spend a whopping 100$, you get a single free drink. Wait no, that was before. Now you get a coupon for 50% off. But wait, there’s more! You can only use said coupon with one of FOUR items in the specialty menu. Oh, and the coupon expires after 6 months too. So basically, once you’ve spent !!100$!! You have the privilege of saving a whopping 3 dollars on a drink not of your choice, and you have to do it within 6 months. Take a hike. Don’t waste your time with this app. -- A second peasant, 2025-08-19 ### *---- "No mango smoothie option" Why no mango smoothie option -- GAVISH007, 2025-08-04 ### *---- "No way to redeem points" Only at store cashier you can redeem your points -- Mmm12355, 2025-07-21 ### *---- "App sucks" I wish someone could help them create a new app this one sucks. It’s not intuitive, the QR code doesn’t scan well, not sure how the reward levels work. I rather carry around a physical rewards card then use up my data on this app. -- Lasterdayz, 2025-07-04 ### *---- "No customer service, lost $30" Real Fruit switched reward apps without warning and the $30 gift card I had in the old app was not transferred. I had proof in the form of screenshots of my balance on the apps, but no longer had the physical gift card. Tried reaching out to customer service, they took 2+ weeks to respond between emails and were entirely unhelpful. My money was never transferred. I reached out again months later and got no reply at all. Also, they say they have a customer service phone number, but it’s only a robot telling you to email them instead. -- Jade Juba, 2025-06-25 ### *---- "Can’t change or delete" Can’t delete my account, can’t chant the phone number -- FIYReview, 2025-06-14 ### ***-- "No clear redemption process." There needs to be a much clearer way to redeem “rewardss points”. I have over 200 points, but my balance shows as “$0.00”, and there is no obvious way to redeem these points in the app. Should be intuitive, not mysterious. -- Konrad74, 2025-03-26 ### *---- "Horrible UI" I can’t even use or add my gift card, the app sucks. I’d give 0 stars if I could -- Seong3, 2025-03-22 ### *---- "Poor money handling" Ordered over 4 times through the app and each time it would take the money but not send the order and after a couple of days it would return as credit -- Lynz_17, 2024-12-14 ### ***-- "No verification code" It didn’t send any verification code for verifying mobile number. I tried installing the app again, still didn’t send one. :( -- Elleanne07, 2024-11-14 [View all Real Fruit Bubble Tea reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Real Fruit Bubble Tea Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Canada | Food Drink | #166 | ## Real Fruit Bubble Tea Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/canada) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/united-states) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/germany) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/estonia) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/france) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/united-kingdom) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/greece) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/indonesia) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/india) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/iceland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/italy) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/australia) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/lebanon) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/latvia) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/north-macedonia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/peru) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/romania) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/taiwan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/south-korea) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/real-fruit-bubble-tea-jkiu/switzerland) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
