## Real Sight Reader Description
Your repertoire is the curriculum.

Most music apps drill you on exercises you'll never play. Real Sight Reader flips that: import the MusicXML scores you're actually working on, and the app turns them into focused reading and rhythm practice — so every minute you spend here pays off in the pieces you care about.

IMPORT YOUR OWN MUSIC
Bring in any MusicXML (.xml / .mxl) score and practice straight from it. Or start with the bundled library of public-domain classics — Bach inventions, Chopin preludes, Joplin rags, Mozart, and more.

TAP THE RHYTHM
Sample-accurate rhythm training with a real metronome feel. Tap along as the playhead moves; on-time taps score green, rushing or dragging shows up instantly. Per-device latency calibration keeps scoring honest on any headphones or speaker.

READ BOTH CLEFS
Drill the two-hand note pairs in a piece — treble and bass together — and see exactly which pairs you read fast and which slow you down. Practice the weakest ones in a focused set.

PRACTICE THE WAY READING ACTUALLY WORKS
- Listen and repeat: hear a phrase, then play it back from memory.
- Eye-hand span: train reading ahead of where you're playing.
- Weak-figure drills: the app surfaces the rhythms you keep missing and drills just those.

PLAY ALONG WITH MIDI
Connect a MIDI keyboard and play the rhythm or the melody — the app scores your timing and your notes.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Per-figure and per-pair stats show your accuracy and timing trend over time, weakest first, so you always know what to work on next. A daily streak and home- and lock-screen widgets keep you coming back.

CHALLENGE A FRIEND
Finish a run and share a challenge link or a designed brag card with your score — they can try to beat it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your scores and your progress stay on your device. No account required.

Real Sight Reader is for pianists, students, and teachers who want their practice time to land on the music in front of them.
