Real Time Agent

From the word go we will promised that real time agent would do everything we need and more right up until the point. We signed the dotted line and after that it was all downhill. Literally have nothing good to say about this platform or the people involved in delivering. Even the Staff called to apologise making additional promises things would be better and we would be months free only to be invoice shortly. After now they won’t even respond to my emails

Works well on my iPad but I can’t use it anymore on my phone which is annoying if you need to make an on the run adjustment and you don’t have your iPad with you

It seems every time I use it I have to do an update first. Very frustrating.

Being able to use this on iPad and iPhone really makes our digital life simple. For those complaining about it not working on iPhone you couldn’t be more wrong. It’s worked on iPhone forever!

Used to be a good app but too many system glitches now, latest one is with agency agreement even though you select the term of 90 days, the end date always misses the year.

Only iOS system friendly is not good.

Absolutely brilliant app that saves so much time, stress and makes the contract execution super smooth. Excellent support team too

The concept is great and for the most part it works well. The support is poor and they rarely answer their support phone number. The application only works on iPad so can’t use a desktop, iPhone or any other tablet. Good luck also if your connection is lost when doing an authority as the app will often tell you it’s sent to your client for offsite signing but does not and when you do get your connection back you likely have to start again after a sync problem.
