## Real Time Feedback Description
Most of your customers won't tell you if something is wrong. To them, it's not worth an uncomfortable confrontation. Some will complain on Yelp, but most will just suffer in silence, and eventually take their business elsewhere.

Realtime Feedback provides your customers a zero-friction way to give you direct real-time feedback about their experience, and gives you an opportunity to address their issue on the spot, instead of letting them leave unsatisfied.

## Real Time Feedback Reviews in United States

### ***** "Owner"
Since implementing real time feedback our reviews skyrocketed. Customers love being able to reach a managers quickly, and it’s helped us build stronger, more personal relationships with them.
-- rdc50000, 2025-05-05

### *---- "What a joke"
Horrible app, no one ever texts back. Much better services out there
-- Donnell Todd, 2025-04-01

### ***** "Outstanding Application"
An expertly designed user interface. Stable application that has exceeded my expectations and demands.
-- ATL BLove, 2023-02-25

### *---- "Yikes"
This is such a waste of time. The people who handle these complaints take forever to call the businesses. Not sure if they’re understaffed or what. It’s easier to flag down the manager yourself and get actual help while you’re still at whatever business.
-- sally_20188, 2019-10-03

### ***** "Great app!!!"
Manager called me right back!
-- dfwexpert, 2018-10-12

### ***** "Very easy to use"
If you are at a restaurant and they have you food you didn’t ask for, use this app. It’s easy to use and is recommended.
