I have subscripted to one of the plans but it doesn’t work!!!

I have to unlist myself several times
Why can’t I just unlist myself once, and delete the app forever. That’s what I want I hate this app because I keep having to unlist Delete app Reinstall Just to unlist again Why can’t my number be removed forever like any other directory??!!!
