Device not supported
Hii. I have realme buds air 3 neo and there is no settings for this device in the app. Don’t know how to do settings for noise or any cancellations. Pls help!!!

I purchased the Realme band from Australia post in March for $99 and your APP no longer supports it. I am furious that I have wasted $99 on a product that I can’t use. The watch isn’t displaying the correct time or date and the only way to update any of the features is through your app. It’s disgusting that your products are still being sold yet you are no longer supporting it. Absolute waste of money and it’s useless to me.

I'm using realme3 there are a few problems while im trying to sync the watch with realme link. The connection is unstable and it takes long time to re-sync The app tends to stop working for some times, very slow in response.

It’s a pity good audio product unfortunately lacks professionalism
I purchased the realme air buds pro. What a pity sounds like a good audio product. But the app looks like child play and unprofessional. Does not support simultaneous Bluetooth pairing nor connections. Yet they charge $200 for the Air buds pro. They are comfortable but they fall out of your ears easily because the round unlike apple headphones the flat and sit comfortably. For the price they very expensive.
What a pile of rubbish
Just unpacked realme band… downloaded the app… and the app doesn’t even recognize the band as a device option. No manual select. What a waste of time and money. Take a good hard look at yourself Realme, because this is amateur hour for a tech company.
